At Prexelo, every product is made to order. Because of this, our return and refund policy is slightly different from standard retail purchases. We’re committed to delivering high-quality products and resolving issues fairly when they occur.


1. Custom Products

All Prexelo products are custom-made based on your selected design, size, and specifications.

For this reason:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or design errors made by the customer.
  • Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

2. Eligible Refunds or Reprints

You may be eligible for a refund or reprint if:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • There is a printing error caused by Prexelo
  • You receive the wrong item or quantity

In such cases, we will:

  • Reprint the item at no additional cost or
  • Issue a refund, depending on the situation

3. Reporting an Issue

To report an issue, please contact us within [7] days of receiving your order.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or reprints will not be issued for:

  • Minor color variations (due to screen differences)
  • Incorrect sizes selected by the customer
  • Design quality issues caused by low-resolution uploads
  • Wear and tear after use

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Prexelo

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.
Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
